Welcome to Zytoona Tree Wellness. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Zytoona Tree Wellness website, online store, content, products, features, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
Zytoona Tree Wellness is operated by Zytoona Tree LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. The terms “Zytoona Tree Wellness,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Zytoona Tree LLC, as applicable.
Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services to you.
By accessing our website, using our Services, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not access or use our Services.

An order is not considered final until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been accepted for fulfillment.

5. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at support@zytoonatree.com as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests before an order has been processed or shipped.
Orders generally cannot be canceled after shipment.
Nothing in this section limits any cancellation rights provided by applicable law.
6. Prices, Payment, and Billing
Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.
The price charged will generally be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, subject to correction of errors.
Unless otherwise stated, displayed prices may not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other fees.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing and payment information and represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or billing errors and, when appropriate, cancel or refund affected orders.
Payment processing may be provided by Shopify or other authorized payment service providers and may be subject to their applicable terms and policies.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We take reasonable steps to inspect and appropriately package products before transferring orders to the shipping carrier.
Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.
Shipping may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
- carrier delays;
- severe weather;
- holidays;
- transportation disruptions;
- incorrect or incomplete shipping information;
- government or regulatory actions; or
- other unforeseen events.
Please allow additional delivery time when delays occur.
Zytoona Tree Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
If you experience a shipping problem, please contact us, and we will make reasonable efforts to assist using available tracking and shipping information.

8. Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact support@zytoonatree.com as soon as possible.
We will attempt to correct the address before shipment when reasonably possible, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
Zytoona Tree Wellness is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address or lost because of inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
9. Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, damaged orders, incorrect items, and related requests are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
For health, safety, and product-integrity reasons, we generally do not accept returns of opened, used, or partially consumed dietary supplement products, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Unopened products are not automatically guaranteed to qualify for return. Return requests are reviewed in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
Do not send a product back without first receiving authorization and return instructions from us.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
10. Purchases From Other Retailers or Marketplaces
These Terms primarily govern purchases made directly through Zytoona Tree Wellness Services.
Products purchased through another retailer, marketplace, or authorized seller may also be subject to that seller's terms, shipping policies, refund policies, and marketplace requirements.
For transaction-specific issues involving another retailer or marketplace, you may need to contact the original seller or marketplace.
Nothing in this section limits rights you may have against Zytoona Tree LLC under applicable law regarding products for which Zytoona Tree LLC remains legally responsible.

The Zytoona Tree Wellness website and its content, including trademarks, product names, logos, designs, graphics, photographs, videos, text, slogans, packaging concepts, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Zytoona Tree LLC or their respective owners and may be protected by trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property laws.
This includes, where applicable, Zytoona Tree Wellness, Zytoona Tree, Super3Met™, and other proprietary brand elements, product names, concepts, designs, and creative materials owned by Zytoona Tree LLC.
References to third-party trademarks, branded ingredients, logos, or other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners and do not transfer ownership to Zytoona Tree LLC.
You may use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Without applicable authorization or our prior written permission, you may not:
- reproduce or republish our protected content;
- copy or modify our designs or branding;
- use our trademarks or logos;
- create derivative works from our protected materials;
- sell or commercially exploit our content; or
- falsely suggest an affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from Zytoona Tree Wellness or Zytoona Tree LLC.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
12. Reviews, Feedback, and User Content
If you voluntarily submit a product review, comment, photograph, suggestion, feedback, or other content to us, you represent that you have the right to provide that content.
You grant Zytoona Tree LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and share submitted content for legitimate business and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law.
Reviews and testimonials must reflect genuine experiences and must not contain false, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, or infringing material.
If compensation, free products, discounts, or another material connection is associated with a review, testimonial, or endorsement, appropriate disclosure may be required.
We reserve the right to moderate or remove submitted content where permitted by applicable law and applicable platform requirements.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides technology that enables our online storefront and related Services.
Purchases made directly through our store are transactions with Zytoona Tree LLC, operating as Zytoona Tree Wellness, and not with Shopify.
Shopify may process information necessary to provide its platform and related services in accordance with its applicable terms and privacy practices.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify is not responsible for products sold by Zytoona Tree LLC or for claims arising solely from those products or transactions.
